Each of our clients receive individualized coaching and programming that is tailored to their specific needs. We’ll provide you with support and accountability throughout your program along with regularly scheduled 1-on-1 goal reviews with your coach to make sure you’re seeing the progress you hired us for.
All personal training clients go through our assessment process. This includes health history, injury reports, goals and we conclude with a movement assessment. This will allow us to customize your program specifically to your needs and meet you on the most individual level possible.
Our coaches have experience working with a wide array of clientele. From fat loss, sports performance, to the weekend warrior- our JDFit-certified coaches are here to help.
