SPEED CAMP 6/17-8/14
9 weeks of high intensity training geared towards acceleration/deceleration, linear & lateral movement techniques, footwork, and running mechanics.
- Mondays and Wednesdays @ 11am-12pm
- Pre & Post camp movement assessments and Proteus Power Tests

STRENGTH CAMP 6/18-8/15
9 week training plan consisting of a full body approach to strength training with an additional focus on conditioning, flexibility, mobility & myofascial techniques.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 11am-12pm
