Basic Barbell Program
This program will be great for someone who has had experience using a barbell but has been sedentary for some time.
You will be using barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells to get stronger and become mechanically proficient.
This is a 12 week program with your first two weeks being 3 full body days with 2 recovery days.
The subsequent weeks will be 5 days per week lifting in a Push-Pull format.
This program will not test your maxes at the end of the 12 weeks
